If you would like a refund, please contact me at bloomingbasswoodsfarm@gmail.com with in 48 hours of receipt. Please include photos with your inquiry.

Refunds are limited to the purchase price of the product. I will not refund shipping fees, or any other loss.  Refunds or replacements will not be issued for loss due to weather or improper care, or disease.
